This is an interactive, hands-on class where you "learn by doing" at your cooking station with kitchen tools and an apron provided. Our culinary instructor, JordonJones, joins you in the central cook area to teach you relevant skills and techniques for recreating some favorite New Orleans style dishes. Students receive a recipe packet to take home.
