You will learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of
meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. Learn how to make a salami
rose, salami river, cutting & styling techniques for your cheeses, and how to present
fruits and accompaniments with style.
Rose & Fig will provide:
● 10” bamboo board
● Meats to assemble & design
● Cheeses to cut & assemble
● Accompaniments including grapes, seasonal fruits, dried fruits, crackers and
board décor
● Knife & cutting board (to use during workshop- not take home)
● Packaging to wrap up & take your board home!
