Ready to pick up a stick and play? Our no-contact Stick-Only Lacrosse: Skills & Scrimmage Series is an 8-week co-ed program designed to introduce new players to the game while helping experienced athletes continue building their skills. Participants in grades 3-12 will train alongside local high school coaches and players in a dynamic, supportive environment that emphasizes fundamentals, teamwork, and game-play strategies, without the need for full gear (using tennis or foam ball).
Each session focuses on age and skill appropriate stickwork, passing, catching, movement, and game awareness. Players will participate in both 3v3 and 6v6 small-sided games, allowing for maximum engagement, touches, and fun competition. Whether you're brand new to the sport or looking to sharpen your off-season skills, this inclusive program is built to grow your love of the game.
No pads or helmets required. Players must bring their own stick. Loaner sticks available upon request.
