Labyrinth Experience: Lighting the PathA Creative & Contemplative Community Walk

Lighting the Path is a guided labyrinth walking experience that invites participants into mindful movement, quiet focus, and creative pause. Using a patterned walking path, participants move at their own pace, supported by simple prompts, gentle music, and optional journaling or drawing.
The experience is designed to reduce stress, support clarity, and offer a calm reset for the day. No prior experience is needed. All movement abilities can be accommodated. You’ll be invited to remove your shoes before entering the labyrinth space. If balance or mobility is a concern, you are welcome to use the disposable shoe covers provided. Your comfort and stability matter.
Limited group size supports spaciousness and meaningful engagement.
