Diners can indulge in Spanish flavours with the delectable Pan Fried Seabass “Aquanaria” With Green Chili Butter Sauce and Wagyu Beef Dry-Aged Potato Mille-Feuilles With “Cafe De Paris” Sauce. To complete the meal of new beginnings, guests can enjoy a dessert platter with La Paloma’s irresistible Cheese Cake Churros and a Selection of “Turrones”. Diners present at midnight can enjoy a special “Camapanadas” show.
