In a world that feels increasingly divided, restless, and overwhelmed, kirtan brings us back to the heart.
✨ For the first time ever in Los Angeles ✨
In observance of Maha Shivratri, we gather for a sacred 24-hour non-stop Kirtan & chanting marathon, offering sound, prayer, and presence in service of healing — both inner and outer.
This first-ever LA Kirtan Marathon is also a fundraiser in remembrance of and support for communities affected by last year’s LA fires.
Through collective chanting and conscious giving, we honor resilience, loss, and renewal.
Shivratri is the night of deep meditation and awakening, when silence and vibration meet.
Traditionally, it is a time to stay awake, chant, listen, and offer one’s practice for the welfare of all.
For one full day and night, voices from across Los Angeles (and beyond) will come together to chant, rest, return, and reconnect — no experience needed.

• Continuous live chanting (Kirtan & mantra)
• A traditional all-night Shivratri vigil
• Come for 10 minutes or stay for hours
• A welcoming, peaceful space — open to all paths
