Hello Pilgrims and Walkers! Let’s walk off Thanksgiving dinner in scenic La Jolla. Meet on the sidewalk in front of the La Jolla Shores lifeguard station at 7:30a and we’ll leave promptly at 7:45a. Plan on about 7 miles, to Marine Street and back. This walk is on sidewalks, tarmac, sandy beach and on rocky trails. Bring water, a snack, walking shoes, sun screen, sunglasses, trekking poles, and a hat. Parking can be difficult at the Shores on weekends. See map at first comment for location of tower and parking advice. Everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. This walk is dog friendly.
