A cultural celebration with a purpose! We aim to unite Los Angeles and Hà Nội through compassion, community, and sisterhood. With panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean as our backdrop, we’ll come together to support the formation of a Sister City partnership between Los Angeles and Hà Nội, designed to promote cultural exchange and encourage an end to the dog and cat meat trade in Vietnam.
