LA Climate Week Liquid Death x 5 Gyres TrashBlitz Cleanup

TrashBlitz is a community science project to monitor waste pollution affecting our beaches, parks, cities, and natural environments. Using the TrashBlitz app, volunteers document what items they find, what material they are made of, and its brand. While participating in a cleanup has immediate benefits for that site, data has an ongoing ripple effect by supporting policy measures and solutions.

The event will go from 11am - 1pm at Venice Fishing Pier.

Please bring closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and some friends! We will provide the cleanup materials.

There is free street parking available, or a paid lot at the pier for $9 (Visa or Mastercard only).
