Sark’s much-loved May Day festival La Beltane returns on Saturday 2 May 2026, transforming La Seigneurie into a vibrant playground of colour, creativity, and ancient tradition.
🌸 Daytime Festival - by donation
From midday, enjoy a lively fayre filled with music, crafts, maypole dancing, well-dressing, mummers plays, and the crowning of the May Queens.
Costumes and flower garlands encouraged – with prizes for the most dazzling Beltane attire.
🔥 Evening Festival - ticketed
As dusk falls, the energy rises. Gather for the fiery procession and dramatic burning of the wickerman, followed by a ceilidh and live music late into the night.
A brilliant mix of local and guest performers will be announced soon.
