KYWA - Kundalini Yoga Western Australia - Community brings you our 2024 Summer Solstice Celebration.Saturday 21st December. 4 to 7pm. St Hildas Hall, North Perth.
This year again we offer a beautiful afternoon of Kundalini Yoga kriya + meditation + chanting, led by a team of KYWA teachers.
This special Kundalini experience is followed by a delicious supper and a chance for relaxing together in community.
The solstices are times to individually set yourself in harmony with the sun, to be in tune with the natural rhythms of the planet. Collectively, it's a time to harmonise with others. As we say in the teachings, community is the bridge to the divine: from the We in me to the Thou in all.
Bring yoga mat, cushion if needed, a light blanket for the relaxation and water.
Tickets are $25.
