Date: 2 August 2026 (Sunday)
Session times are outlined below:
Session 1
Children (6+ years) – Beginners
Time: 8:00am – 10:00am
Please arrive: 30 minutes early to warm up.
Session 2
Children (6+ years) – Advanced
Time: 10:00am start
Please arrive: 30 minutes early to warm up.
Lunch Break
Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Session 3
Adults and Teens Grading
Time: 1:00pm – approximately 3:30pm–4:00pm
Please arrive: 30 minutes early to warm up.
Dinner & Grading Results
Venue: Atrium, Yanchep Inn
Time: 6:30pm
Note: Registration is required for dinner so we can confirm numbers.
Registration Cut-Off
All grading and dinner tickets must be purchased by
11:30pm, SUNDAY 26 July 2026.
Purchase Instructions
Purchase one grading ticket ($50) per grading participant.
Purchase one dinner ticket per person attending dinner.
Family members are welcome to attend both the grading and the dinner.
Grading Nominations
Grading nominations will be sent via one group email listing all students nominated closer to the grading day.
If you or your child is not listed, I will contact you personally by text to explain their current progress.
Some students may require more time if they have:
Recently joined
Not yet completed enough classes
Not fully learned the required syllabus
All students and families are still warmly welcome to attend and support the grading sessions.
