Research makes it increasingly clear that companies with Black and Brown women in key leadership positions perform better financially. WOC have proven and earned their seats at the table; now it’s time to educate, equip and empower them to fill them!
Join us for an exciting program where you can enhance your leadership skills and gain valuable insights into boardroom dynamics. The Kwomais: Boardroom & Leadership Program empowers youth and young women to become effective leaders in their fields of interest. Giving them access to leaders and mentors who can help shape their futures.
Dive into this 6 weeks of meaningful and valuable conversations covering key topics such as:
What to Expect:
- Governance Skills & Financials
- Fundraising
- Professional Communication
- Ask a Leader: Leadership Interactive sessions from Board leaders and Industry experts lead workshops.
- Mentorship from senior leaders supporting you throughout the program and beyond
- Wellness Discussion (A Q&A conversation with a psychotherapist about healthy practices as a leader and individual, including coping with stressful situations in the boardroom/workplace)
- Graduation & Certification of complication
- Support securing board positions

- Tuesday's at 4 - 6 PM PST
