All committee positions will be vacant, and we must elect a President plus at least three office bearers (Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Registrar) to meet the legal requirements for an incorporated club. If we cannot fill these roles, the club cannot continue operating.
This isn’t shared to alarm anyone—it’s to highlight how vital our members are to keeping the Blue Jays strong and active. Stepping into a role is a meaningful way to support the club’s future.
