With Late Bloomer, Belgian-Cameroonian rapper, composer and multi-instrumentalist Kunde delivers a personal and socially charged album. It forms a diptych with his previous release Dandelion (W.E.R.F. Records, 2024) and serves as a tribute to his mother, using pivotal personal moments both as a mirror to the world and as a reflection on the human condition.
Recorded fully live with his band, the album weaves together jazz, R&B, hip-hop, samba and psychedelic rock, featuring guest appearances from Helena Casella, Fred Gata, OKON and Tennishu (Butcher Brown, US).
