That said, consistency is gently encouraged, because this work unfolds best when practiced regularly.
This class is an introduction and preparation for Kundalini Yoga.
Before we step into the full Kundalini Yoga practice — with its asanas, breathwork, and powerful techniques — we need to prepare the system. Just like we wouldn’t eat from dirty dishes, we don’t want to invite new energy into blocked or congested pathways.
First, we clean the plate.
In this class, we focus on cleansing and preparing the energetic centers and nadis that influence our physical, emotional, and mental body. Through gentle movement, breath, awareness, and grounding practices, we create space so energy can flow more freely and safely.
Think of it as clearing the invisible pathways — allowing fresh, healing energy to enter without resistance.
This practice is:

- supportive for emotional and energetic balance
- a beautiful foundation for deeper Kundalini Yoga work
