Kundalini Yoga - New Moon in Pisces Special Class

This dynamic practice combines asana, breath-work, meditation and mantra for maximum impact. Through designated sequences of exercises the body, mind and spirit are reinvigorated. Each class works to peel back layers of habituation and stress to empower the student’s authentic Self. Suited for all levels, some classes are more physically demanding, while others focus on mental stamina, and some center letting go and relaxation. Ultimately the practice of Kundalini Yoga develops the student’s capacity and confidence to conquer life’s challenges.

Kundalini Yoga focuses on the students’ inner experience and less on the outward appearance. Teachers will describe but not always demonstrate or practice exercises throughout the class. Follow guidance as best you can, keep up and rest if discomfort ever becomes pain.
