Join us for a six-week Kundalini Yoga series designed to gently awaken vitality, restore balance, and cultivate an inner sense of joy.
Each class will guide participants through accessible Kundalini kriyas (postures and exercises), breathwork, meditation, guided imagery, and gong relaxation. Together these practices help regulate the nervous system, increase energy, and create space for clarity and calm.
This series is an invitation to step out of the rush of daily life and reconnect with your own rhythm. Through consistent weekly practice, participants will develop simple yogic tools that support vitality, emotional steadiness, and a deeper connection to the quiet joy that lives within.
All levels are welcome. No prior experience with Kundalini Yoga is necessary.
