Kundalini Yoga for Perimenopause & Menopause

A supportive and empowering 4-hour in-person workshop designed to help you balance your hormones naturally with Kundalini Yoga. This session is perfect if you're navigating perimenopause or menopause and want to feel more energized, centered, and in control. Expect gentle movements, breathing techniques, and meditation that support your body and mind during this transition. Come as you are, and leave feeling supported, informed and empowered with practical tools to care for your body!


Sunday 31st May at 2-6pm - at Crecent Road Day Community Centre in Stockport

Spaces are limited to create a supportive and intimate group environment - so early booking recmmended


Perimenopause / Menopause is a powerful transition but it can often feel confusing, overwhelming, and unsupported.

If you are experiencing symptoms such as:

Your yoga mat if you have one (there will be spare mats available if you don't have one)

Your bottle of water (there is a kitchen where you can refill)

Wear comfy, loose clothing
