The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga works on mind, body & spirit - affectionately known as ‘the yoga of self awareness & self acceptance.’
Kundalini Yoga is about that connection, union & oneness, primarily with ourselves, the collective & then our personal beliefs above & beyond that. Kundalini Yoga, like many holistic & ancient practices are once again resurfacing to really help with this connection - or should I say re-connection!
Kundalini works through the whole meridian & lymphatic systems. With its mixture of movements, mantras, meditation & breathwork. Working physically & energetically to shift stuck energy, as well as to ignite, awaken & distribute this divine & innate energy already within you.
When we practice Kundalini Yoga we can experience greater vitality, a reduction in stress & anxiety aswell as an increase in general well-being.
