A powerful yet relaxing class. Body power, meditative mind, and Healing Gong sound and vibration to help awaken your Kundalini and live a happier, more balanced and stress-free life.
Kundalini Yoga is a discipline in which the student develops the perfect balance between mind, body and soul, becoming a very healthy person with a well-focused and directed mind to live a more conscious and happy life.
