Join Beth Stone for an immersive 90-minute Kundalini Yoga practice to awaken your full potential—body, mind, and spirit. Kundalini Yoga, known as the “yoga of awareness,” combines breathwork, movement, meditation, devotion, and chanting to shift focus from daily tasks to your inner presence.

Adi Mantra Tune-In
Warm-ups/Pranayama (breathwork)
Kriya (exercises, breathwork, chanting)
Deep Rest (7-11 minutes)
