Kundalini is the yoga of awareness and combines dynamic movements conscious breathing and meditation to bring balance to the body mind and soul. Certified Kundalini Instructor Eva Zepeda will offer this yoga class on Saturday mornings at 9:30 AM. It will last one hour and the cost is $15.
