Through this intensive 8-month leadership development program, teens and young adult leaders will gain the baseline tools and knowledge they need to learn how to increase civic participation and individual impact in community spaces, preparing them to hold leadership roles in public and the nonprofit sector from a political perspective.
This free fellowship centers on Civic Leadership in Indianapolis with a focus on some of the challenges faced by the Black and Brown community. It is designed to bolster civic leadership capabilities and empower young individuals to be prepared and equipped to drive positive change within Indianapolis.
