Kundalini Yoga and Medition is a practice that is designed to raise awareness through a blend of postures, breathwork, and meditation. It works on the threefold structure, the mind, body, and soul, brinding viality into the physical body, releasing pent-up emotions, preventing burnout, helping to develop meditative present mind, enhancing and deepening intuition, strengthening inner guidance to help you stay balanced and aligned in daily life.

Anastasia is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner. She holds Kundalini Yoga classes as well as teaches at Teacher Trainings. She is passionate about mindfulness, sustainable living, explores science of well-being and different approaches and modalities such as ancestral healing, quantum psychology, neuroplasticity and more.
