This class includes dynamic sequences, intentional breathing, mudras (simple hand positions used to focus awareness), and mantras (repeated sounds or phrases that help steady the mind). Together, these practices are designed to deepen connection to your intuition and support greater clarity and self-trust.
No prior experience is needed — you’ll be guided in an accessible, supportive way. We’ll close with a restorative gong bath savasana, allowing the body and nervous system to rest while sound vibrations encourage deep relaxation.
