Each date is focused on a different chakra:
🩵 April 6 - Vishuddha (Throat Chakra): Truth, self-expression, communication
Located in the throat area, Vishuddha is the centre of expression, creativity and inner truth. It is connected to the thyroid gland, influencing the nervous system, metabolism and overall balance in the body.
When balanced, it allows us to speak honestly, express ourselves freely and communicate with clarity and confidence. When blocked, it may show up as fear of judgment, difficulty expressing oneself, or imbalance in communication.
💙 April 13 - Ajna (Third Eye Chakra): Intuition, clarity, inner vision
This chakra is known as the “third eye” (the centre of the forehead) - the centre of perception, insight and deeper understanding. It is connected to the pituitary gland and our intuitive awareness.
When balanced, it brings clarity, strong intuition, focus and a clear sense of direction in life. When imbalanced, it may lead to confusion, overthinking or disconnection from inner guidance.
💜 April 24 - Sahasrara (Crown Chakra): Spiritual connection, awareness and unity
Sahasrara is located at the crown of the head, and it represents our connection to something greater - the universe, consciousness and unity. It is associated with higher awareness and a sense of inner peace.
When balanced, it brings a feeling of connection, openness, trust and deep calm. When blocked, it may manifest as disconnection, doubt or resistance to spiritual experience.

Class Structure
Each session is divided into four key parts:
- Warm-up focused on a specific chakra
Each class highlights one of the seven energy centers - the chakras. Gentle movements and exercises prepare your body and mind to connect with that chakra, awakening its qualities and energy.
- Kriya (dynamic exercise sequence)
Specific movement and breath sequences that activate energy, strengthen the nervous system, and open the body.
- Active meditation and mantra
The climax of the session - a practice using sound, breath, and focus to reach a form of catharsis. This helps release stagnant energy, deeply connect with yourself, and experience emotional and energetic clearing.
- Savasana (deep relaxation)
Each class concludes with savasana - complete relaxation of the body and mind, integration of the practice, and immersion in inner calm.
