In this workshop we will set an intention to plant our dreams into our consciousness before embarking on a kriya of expansion to ignite our potential. Through intentional breath and movement we activate and nourish our dreams. We breath to believe

🌺 Kundalini Kriya for expansion. This is a yoga set that combines breath, sound and movement to get pranic energy flowing, tone the vagus nerve and develop awareness of the self and beyond.
🌺 Sound Meditation Journey using crystal singing bowls, wind gong, medicine drum , vocals and other instruments to rebalance the systems of the body and take you into a deep state of relaxation.
