The Aquarian Teacher Level One Certification ProgramA Comprehensive program based on the science of Kundalini Yoga. The Aquarian Teacher Training Program is a journey of self discovery and transformation. To tap into your unlimited potential and live a life of happiness and well-being. The course is open to anyone who is new to Kundalini Yoga, students who want to go deeper, and Yoga. You develop the skills to instruct students in Kundalini Yoga kriyas, meditations, pranayama ( breating teachniques) and dive deep into the practice and theory of Kundalini Yoga.
This is a 220 hour course with 180 hours of in-person class instuction and 40 hours of personal practice in a well-stuctured curriculum.
