"KUNDALINI SOUND BATH"
**FULL MOON IN TAURUS**
KundAlini Magic Sound Bathing Immersion

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will gather together in this gorgeous venue to relax, rest and bathe in the healing vibration of soulful mantra meditation followed by a supine gong/chime/Tibetan singing bowl soundscape.
Leave your worries at the door, cosy up in your blankets and give yourself some well-deserved R&R. This is your time to reconnect with yourSELF: check in with how you're doing physically, mentally and emotionally, and plant new seeds of intention for the incoming cycle.
NOTE:
Suitable for all soul brothers and sisters 16yrs and over.
No experience is necessary, beginners very welcome to this sound bath.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol/mind-altering drugs at least 12 hrs prior to the sound bath. You will be turned away if you under the influence (without refund).
If you have any particular medical concerns that may be affected by intense sound vibrations, such as a heart condition, or if you are pregnant, please consult your medical practitioner to check for suitability.
Not suitable if you have epilepsy, or if you are less than 12 weeks pregnant.
BRING WITH YOU:
- yoga mat or camping mat to lay on (one provided but extra can be nice for extra comfort)
- a blanket
- pillow/cushion
-eye mask/equivalent if you wish
- water bottle
- loose comfy layers of clothing- natural fibres if possible

THRIV - a luxurious vegan salon near to Roath Park Lake, Cardiff
PARKING:
There is parking opposite and around the venue on side streets.
Also Heath High Level and Heath Low Level train stations are 15mins walk away.
Bike racks available outside the venue.
