About this Event
Kundalini Shakti Yoga
Kundalini Shakti Yoga is a sacred, embodied practice designed to awaken and circulate the Kundalini Shakti—our creative life-force energy— through conscious movement, breath, sound, and intention.
This class differs from traditional Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Instead, it is a fusion of Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Kriya, Qi Gong, and somatic awareness, offering a grounded, trauma-sensitive pathway to energetic awakening and integration.
Through fluid postures, rhythmic kriyas, pranayama, mudras, mantra, and subtle energy work, practitioners are guided to activate the spine and nervous system while allowing energy to rise naturally and intelligently—without force or strain. The practice emphasizes felt experience, helping the body become a safe and receptive vessel for transformation.
Each class may include sound healing, chanting, breathwork, and meditative integration, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness. The intention is not only awakening, but embodiment—anchoring higher states of consciousness into daily life.
Benefits may include:
- Increased vitality and creative flow
- Nervous system balance and emotional clarity
- Spinal activation and energetic circulation
- Enhanced intuition and self-awareness
- A deeper connection to your inner power and purpose
Kundalini Shakti Yoga is open to all levels and is offered as a ceremonial, experiential journey—inviting you to remember the wisdom, power, and intelligence already alive within you.
About the Teacher | Jai El Ari
Jai El Ari is a psycho-spiritual teacher, somatic guide, and healing arts practitioner with over 20 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, breathwork, energy medicine, and sound healing. His work is rooted in the understanding that the body, nervous system, breath, and consciousness are inseparable pathways to healing and awakening.
Jai is the creator of Kundalini Shakti Yoga, a unique practice that bridges Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Kriya, Qi Gong, and somatic awareness to facilitate the safe, embodied awakening of the Kundalini Shakti—our innate creative life-force energy. His approach moves beyond rigid systems, emphasizing felt experience, nervous system regulation, and integration rather than forceful activation.
Drawing from decades of study and practice in yoga, Thai bodywork, Reiki, breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and neuro-somatic principles, Jai creates ceremonial yet accessible spaces where students are invited to reconnect with their inner intelligence, vitality, and truth.
His teaching style is intuitive, grounded, and compassionate—supporting students in cultivating strength, sensitivity, emotional clarity, and spiritual embodiment both on and off the mat.
Jai offers his work as a guide, not a guru—inviting each practitioner into a deeper relationship with their own wisdom, power, and lived presence.
