Course OverviewThis six-week journey invites yoga teachers and dedicated students to explore Kundalini Yoga through a grounded, heart-centered lens.
Participants will learn the science of kriya, mantra, mudra, pranayama, and meditation while developing an embodied understanding of energy anatomy and nervous-system coherence.
Each session weaves philosophy, practice, and reflection—helping you integrate Kundalini’s power safely and authentically into personal or teaching practice.

Describe the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga
Safely perform and teach basic kriyas, mantras, and breathwork
Apply trauma-aware and coherence-based teaching tools

Lead from authenticity, clarity, and calm confidence
