ABOUT THE CLASS
Join Ali Fitzpatrick on Tuesday, April 28th for a special Kundalini Meditation and Gong Bath for Abundance!
We’ll start with a short movement practice, followed by a longer meditation to really drop us into our hearts and into the quantum field. We’ll close our time together with an extra long Savasana Gong Bath to let all of the energies of the evening integrate.
You’ll leave feeling more alive, heart centered and able to let go of any stuck energies and patterns that might be present for you.
Please bring a mat (and pillow/blanket if you like) for your practice and the gong bath in the sanctuary.
As a 20 year student of yoga and meditation and 30 year student of music and frequency, Ali brings a unique embodied experience that helps drop you into your heart and soul to hear the deeper wisdom within wanting to emerge through meditation, movement and sound.
