Kundalini Kriya & Sound Healing Event

I am so excited to announce that I will be back in Florida for the month of May after a long 7 months of travel in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

I feel so blessed and extremely humbled to have had the opportunity and the experiences that came from these travels. The people, the culture, the MAGIC, all revealed so many beautiful learnings and I cannot wait to share it with others..

During this event, we will practice a Kundalini Kriya for all chakras as well as sound healing AND meditation for all chakras.. This teaching methodology is based on traditional kundalini philosophy centered around practical asanas, concentration and breathing techniques that are extremely effective for overall mind-body healing.

Great for beginners and intermediate students. This event is intended to teach the students on how to connect the breath through pranayama, achieve meditation through concentration techniques and learn asanas that help us achieve the true meaning of YOGA (The union of self and the Divine)
