This workshop pairs an uplifting yoga practice with a deeply relaxing gong sound bath, offering a refreshing reset for your nervous system, energy and emotional wellbeing.
What to expect:
✨Kundalini Yoga with Dr. Kelly
A gentle yet energising practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself, leaving you feeling grounded, clear and present.
Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, works with your energy centres, guiding energy upward through the body to create balance and steadiness. The physical practice is intentional: it clears, opens and prepares you for meditation.
Beginning with Kundlini allows you to arrive fully in yourself, creating the conditions for the sound bath to be received more deeply, more consciously, and with heightened sense of connection.
🌀Gong Sound Bath with Claire from Harmonic Healing
After the yoga practice Harmonic Healing will lead you into a gong sound bath, a rich sound experience where layered tones and vibrations move the energy through the body. Gongs have been used for centuries to support relaxation and quiet the mind.
Many poeple describe sound baths as deeply calming, soothing, helping the body and mind to unwind and settle into stillness, many report a great nights sleep afterwards.
You'll be invited to lie down in comfort and receive the beautiful sound of the gong, drum and other intruments immersing you in an unforgettable experience.

Please bring:
⦿ A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
⦿ A pillow
⦿ Blanket (to keep cosy)
