Kundalini Dance™ ~ Chakra Alchemy – 8 week Dance SeriesKundalini Dance™ is a tantric ecstatic alchemical practice where you can authentically express your body and soul through movement, breath, and sound. Each dance session we focus on a different chakra, journeying from the Root to the Crown Chakra over the course of 8 weeks. In each session we dive deep into a transformational process clearing old patterns and energetic blockages around each chakra, cultivating self awareness and loving presence to meet ourselves as we are.
ROOT - Connection to Mother Earth, abundance, belonging, nourishing the body
SACRAL - Clearing shame & guilt around sensuality, rejuvinating our creative flow
SOLAR PLEXUS - Sovereignty, sourcing our power from within, shining our light
HEART - Feeling worthy of love, healing heartbreak and grief, forgiveness, divine love
THYMUS - oceanic portal to unity consciousness, our unique soul essence
THROAT - Self-expression, manifesting our soul purpose, releasing self-doubt and judgement
THIRD EYE - intuition, inner vision, clarity, stillness
CROWN - Healing wounds with the masculine, receiving the light of source, realignment and balancing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As this work requires a reasonable level of emotional maturity, the minimum age is 21 years. This is not a 1:1 therapy, but a transformational dance practice, so it may not be suitable if you are currently experiencing mental health difficulties.
