Cambio Yoga is excited to welcome Shanti Shanti Kaur Khalsa, PHD, C-IAYT once again!
The sound of the Gong has the power to raise spirit-the Shakti-of each of us. It elevates the mind, body, and heart through a spontaneous state of meditation.
Through rhythm, entrainment, resonance, and complex harmonics, the sound of the Gong becomes a force of energy to clear and balance your mind, rejuvenate your body, and align you with your spirit.
Come experience the sacred frequency of the Gong as we take an elevating journey through the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga and Deep Relaxation with the sound of the Gong.
Taught by Shanti Shanti Kaur, PhD, C-IAYT
Gong meditation is not advised for pregnant women or children under the age of 12. On occasion, emotions or images may arise during the gong meditation. If this occurs, you are welcome to leave the room and take a break, if you feel the need. Your comfort is important to us.
