Let's continue 2025 with the powerful 75-minute Kundalini Breathwork and Sound Session, where your breath is the vessel for exploring your inner cosmos and giving you the chance to tranform, release and grow
Due to the high demand and overwhelming feedback from the last session, we have decided to offer this free transformative event again on 15th February 2025 in Berlin
Guided by Luca and supported by Besitos and Peri, we will practice ancient techniques passed down from the masters of Kundalini to:
- Release what holds you back
- Create space for transformation and new insights
- Activate the parasympathetic nervous system
- Deepen relaxation and focus
To complete the experience, Eva will guide you through a soothing soundbath, using sound to help you settle, release, and integrate the session
No prior experience in Yoga or Pranayama is needed, but the willingness to engage in pahses of intense breathing practices is essential. Whether you’re looking for focus, connection, or a moment to reset, this session offers a safe space to explore your inner labyrinth
