These Wednesday Eve offerings will have a specific theme each week where YOU can help decide the theme for the following week! Kundalini Yoga is a sacred practice that will bring strength or deep awareness to different aspects of our lives. Themes can include:

- Strengthen the immune system ( winter is coming!)
- Balance energy levels whether your energy is low or hyperactive
- Breakthrough a scarcity mindset and welcome abundance
- Excessive worry
- Strengthen your connection to your intuition
- Work through shame and guilt
The beauty of this ancient practice is that indirectly, it will fortify the physical body, with consistency, through breath, deep meditation, and combined movement you will start to shed all of that matter 'that doesn't belong on your body.
