Awaken & Transform with Kundalini & The Tree of Life: Pt.1 Muladhara/Malkuth
What is this?: Part class, part ritual, the first class in the Awakening Kundalin series is an initiation of sorts into the subconcious realm, and a must for anyone embarking on a personal growth journey. Begininning in the earthly, material realm of Malkuth(our kingdom), and slithering up the tree of life with our divine serpentine friend, Kundalini, this series will take you on a transformative spiritual journey, eliminating energy blocks and aligning you with your power & purpose.
Who is this class for?:Pt. 1 is perfect for anyone looking to awaken their inner power, increase confidence & overall energy, improve sleep & digestion, begin or deepen their spiritual practice, or make a major breakthrough.
What to expect: You will learn to assess the condition of your root chakra, and tend to the health of it. We will utilize guided meditaion, breathwork, yoga and Reiki to initiate your journey through the gates of Malkuth and journal our preliminary findings. Bring a note book to journal in and take any notes on the methods we discuss, so that you may keep your practice going afterwards. I will share a google doc with attendees with information covered. You will also recieve a link to a two-week follow up on google meet (at no extra charge!) where we will check in with each other and discuss findings and I will answer questions of anything that came up after class.
Whether you cherry pick classes or join us for the entire journey, you can expect a soulful experience that connects your body and spirit. We will utilize many techniques, such as meditation, breathwork, journaling and ritual.
