Expect to learn tools and techniques for assesing and balancing these energies. We will be focussing mostly on the Tree of Life, using the sacral chakra as a refference point, so a basic understanding of the sacral chakra is helpful! We will end our practice with a pathworking practice, moving from Malkuth to Yesod.
