This is a guided healing session that invites you to return to your body, feel what has been suppressed, and reconnect with your own truth. You will be lying down with your eyes closed while Saïda works with your energy field through Kundalini activation and light codes transmission.
What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini is the raw life force energy that lives within every human being. For many, this energy remains dormant, blocked by tension, trauma, or emotional stagnation. Kundalini activation is a direct energy transmission that can awaken this powerful current and create shifts on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Some people experience tingling, spontaneous movement, emotional release, or deep stillness. Every session is different. You receive what your system is ready to receive.
What are Light Codes?
Light codes are high-frequency energetic transmissions that work on a soul level. Through vocal sound and tone, also known as light language, Saïda transmits frequencies that support healing, remembrance, and alignment with your deeper truth. The codes bypass the mind and speak directly to the intelligence of your body and energy field.
What to Expect
This is not a Kundalini yoga class or breathwork session. There is no movement or technique for you to perform. You will be lying down in a relaxed state, fully clothed, with your eyes closed. Saïda will guide the session using energy work, light codes, and her intuitive presence. You are invited to fully surrender without effort or control.
How to Prepare for the Session
- Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session starts to settle in and relax.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily.
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before the session to stay hydrated.
- Eat Light: Have a light meal 3 hours before the session.
No Caffeine or Substances: Also avoid alcohol and substances before and 48 hours after the session.
Open Mind: Come with an open heart and mind, ready to receive and experience the energy.

- Pregnant women
- Individuals with severe psychiatric conditions
- Those with a history of seizures, seizure disorders, or other brain/neurological conditions
- Individuals with epilepsy
- People with serious heart conditions
