During a Kundalini activation session you lay down on a yogamat with your eyes closed. As the music is playing and the facilitator open the field, involuntary movements such as shaking, contractions, or spontaneous gestures may occur. These are natural and common responses as the body adjusts to an increased flow of energy.
Our bodies store tension, trauma, and emotional imprints within the muscles, fascia, and nervous system. As Kundalini energy rises, it moves through these stored blockages, allowing the body to release—much like how animals instinctively shake after stress. These physical responses are signs of energetic recalibration and release.
Stillness is also as common as movement.
KA works through allowance and surrender, and meet you where you are.
Nothing is forced, and you recieve only what you are ready for.

She guides people (1:1 and in groups— both online and in-person) through their shadows, showing them that what they fear is not their enemy—it is their initiation.
Her journey has led her through various healing modalities she now weaves in with Kundalini Activation, meditation and hypnosis. She invite others to explore energy, frequency, and consciousness—through breath, movement, stillness & sound—in various workshop & events at Oslo Soul Circle.
