Welcome to an unforgettable journey!
I am beyond thrilled to be hosting this truly special Kundalini Activation session in London! This time, I won’t be leading it alone. I’ll be joined by three extraordinary facilitators, each of whom I had the honor of initiating into this sacred work last November. Together, as a team of four, we are bringing an electrifying and deeply transformative session to you. I couldn’t be prouder of these incredible souls and the powerful space we are creating together. This is going to be an experience like no other—one filled with energy, connection, and profound awakening.

What is Kundalini Activation?
The way people describe it is ‘a complete transformation and a recharging awakening through meditation and free movement of our body and energy’. If you are either holding on to any past traumas or feel that you would like to experience life where you live with joy, inspired and motivated to create your heaven on earth, then Kundalini Activation will help you unleash this.
The energy helps you to let go of everything that no longer serves you and will make you feel liberated, rejuvenated, connected and alive - Who wouldn’t want that?! We are all on a never ending journey of self discovery and development, and Kundalini Activation is one of the magical wonders that will rewire you from within to the vibration of your deepest truths and greatest potential.

What happens during Kundalini Activation?
When you enter the beautiful studio you will be greeted with a warm welcome. Facilitators will then invite you to find a space on one of the comfortable yoga mats, and will explain the intention for the session, answer any questions you may have and demonstrate what Kundalini Activation is with one of the students.
You will then lay down, relax, take a deep breath and experience something truly magical like never before. The music zooms through the studio and facilitators wander around the room activating everyone individually; intuitively moving people’s energies around their bodies to activate the pure channel of life force that exists within everyone. After the activation finishes, we all gather our thoughts and share our experiences with each other.
Every person has different reactions every single time; some people move, some people sleep, some cry, some burst into laughter. You may scream, smile or sleep! The source energy is an intelligent force, so you get what you ‘need’, not necessarily what you ‘want'.Whatever you get, you will not forget.
What makes Kundalini Activation different?
It is not a willful practice like Tantra, Meditation, Kundalini Yoga or Tai Chi, instead it is a path to surrender. This means that by surrendering to source we open ourselves to higher awareness, realisations and experiences within seconds which may otherwise take years to achieve with other willful practises
How to prepare?
To get the most from the session, it’s best to come on an empty stomach or if you can, come completely fasted. Your tummy might be rumbling, but the experience will be multiplied exponentially. After the session you can visit some of the local incredible independent cafes and some of my favourite restaurants that are just steps away!
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement because the energy may propel you to dance, do yoga, stretch, shake or simply lay still. It is better to come prepared so you can express all that your heart desires in that moment.
Come 15 minutes before the start of the session to arrive in the space, meet the other participants and find a comfortable place in the room. In order to preserve the energy of the group, we will start together and finish together. Meaning that once we start the session at, no one else will be allowed to enter

These experiences are held in a beautiful studio where we limited the capacity to 14 magical spaces. This way we can take great care of our participants and show everyone the personal attention they deserve.
