Something shifts when breath, movement, and sound come together in the same room.
Kundalini Activation is an immersive evening experience rooted in the ancient technology of Kundalini Yoga. Held live with original music performed by Jerry Williams and Michael Ruy, and closed with a full Gong Sound Bath.
This is not a typical yoga class. It is an energetic activation, a practice designed to move what has been stuck, awaken what has gone quiet, and return you to a state of aliveness in your own body.
Kundalini Yoga works through breath, movement, sound, and stillness. It does not require flexibility, prior experience, or any particular belief system.
Come prepared to breathe and relax.
WHO IS THIS FOR
Everyone! Kundalini Yoga has no levels. Whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will find your place in this room. All bodies, all backgrounds, all starting points are welcome here.
WHAT TO BRING
✨ Your yoga mat.
✨ A blanket.
✨ Water.
✨ Comfortable, cozy clothing you can move and rest in.
✨ An open mind & a friend!
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. This gives you space to settle in, set up your mat, and arrive to the room before we begin. Out of respect for everyone present, late entry will not be possible once the practice has started.
