Come and join a small group Kundalini Activation session at the beautifully zen yurt space in Cooksbridge, Lewes, East Sussex - The Sound Garden. Guiding you on an inward journey of transformation, this session will be held by Anna Burke - a certified facilitator of Kundalini Activation @awaken_with_anna
WHAT IS KUNDALINI ACTIVATION?
Kundalini is our sacred life force energy. It lives within each and every one of us, resting at the base of the spine, near the root chakra. Once awakened, Kundalini begins a journey of purification, rising up through the spinal column, clearing anything that is not in alignment with our soul’s true essence. Stored emotions, traumas and blocked energies are released from the body, making space for our original soul self to be remembered. As the layers are peeled back, we emerge lighter, more vital and more deeply in touch with our intuition, creativity and inner peace.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION?
We will begin with a short introduction and a grounding meditation. Then as the activation begins, you simply lie on a yoga mat, settle into stillness, breath and follow the flow of a carefully curated playlist that carries you deeper into your experience. As the facilitator, I hold the space and work with the energetic field to create a safe, held environment where your own life force energy can awaken in a safe and natural way. With permission, there might be some gentle touch on chakra points to help channel the energy, but alot of the time the work is off the body.
As the activation unfolds, you may experience warmth, tingling sensations, spontaneous movements (kriyas, natural energetic releases that occur when life energy begins to flow more freely), emotional release, bliss or profound stillness. Each experience is unique and guided by what your system needs in that moment. Sometimes the changes feel subtle and gentle, other times powerful and deeply transformative. The benefits of each session continue to unfold way beyond your time on the mat. As you integrate between sessions and release what no longer serves, you begin to access more of your souls greatest gifts.
We will close the session with an integration circle, where there will be space to share if you feel called to. There will be herbal tea and healthy snacks for grounding.

ANNA BURKE
Anna is a certified Kundalini Facilitator offering private and group sessions across East Sussex. Blending meditation, ritual, and sound healing, she guides others toward greater inner peace, emotional freedom, and balance. Her work supports the release of old patterns, the awakening of life force, and a deep remembering of innate wholeness. Her facilitation is informed by training in shamanic and earth-based wisdom practices, which she weaves into a lived, intentional way of being - shaping her ritual work and the way she holds space with reverence, care, and grounded presence.

AFTERCARE:
The personal experiences you go through after a session can be very diverse. Its helpful to drink lots of water and practice self care. Plan some down time for after the session, so that you have time to integrate your experience. Spending time in nature to ground can be helpful, as well as journalling to help process the experieince. Please feel free to reach out to us if you feel you need support after the session.
PREPARATION:
Diet: Avoid eating a heavy meal before the session. Its best to refrain from eating 3 hours before the session. The lighter you can come the better!
Clothes: Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move freely. Bring layers to be cosy in case you get cold.
Consumption: Refrain from alcohol or drugs for 24 hours before the session.
Come with an open heart, ready to receive and let go :-)
