Agenda:
- Energy clearing & smudging with copal/sage
- Circle opening prayer to invoke highest frequencies
- 10-15 Minutes Somatic movements to open you up for the transmission with some elements of breathwork & qigong
- Then you lay on the mat and observe the music and your body, move & make sounds if you are called to it- you will be receiving high frequency kundalini vibrations for 90 minutes - nothing needs to be done on your part - you may have visions, fluidification and release of thought forms, you may also cry, scream, move your body.

Activation:
This work is done with transmission of higher frequencies. In order to best prepare our bodies for these higher frequencies, it is recommended that you fast 3-4 hours prior.
