Kundalini Activation (KA) is the transmission of a powerful, natural life force energy. As you surrender to this process, energy begins to flow from your crown chakra to your root chakra, gradually building and clearing pathways.
This process is smooth and natural, working with your body’s intelligence to provide exactly what you need in the moment. There’s no force, just gentle clearing and release at your own pace.
How Does It Work?
In KA, you’ll simply lie down as music plays. I’ll guide the energy flow, using gentle hand movements and touches at specific chakra points.
All you need to do is surrender. KA differs from traditional Kundalini practices like yoga, breathwork, or tantra. This is a passive process—you don’t do the energy; you receive it.
