Join Facilitators Ingrid and Natalie for an evening designed to activate, release and realign your energy. This unique event combines kundalini activation with a deeply restorative sound nath immersion, creating a potent container for transformation.
What to expect;
Kundalini activation - A safe, natural process of awakening your inner life force energy. As the energy rises, it clears blockages, heightens awareness, and reconnects you to your authentic self.
Sound bath immersion - Allow the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, tibetan bowls, chimes and the waterfall drum to wash over you, clearing the mind, soothing the body and restoring balance.
Integration and rest - the session closes with time to share connect and ground with herbal teas.
