Ha szeretnéd fejleszteni a női stílusodat a salsában, akkor várlak szeretettel erre a különleges kubai salsa workshopra, amely végén belekóstolhatsz a Mambo/New York Salsa/On2 világába is.
A workshop open level szintű, ha már tudod az alaplépést a salsa bármely stílusában, akkor jelentkezz bátran!
Gyere és fókuszálj csak magadra és a salsásra ezen a 3 órás workshopon!
Téged várlak, ha szeretnél fejődin a(z)
- alap salsa testmunka, testrészek közötti kapcsolat, izoláció,
- zenével való kapcsolódás, zeneiség,
- salsa stílusok területén.
A worshop utolsó részében megismerkedhetsz a New York Salsa, más néven Mambo világával is!
Az órák alatt két sort/koreót fogunk megtanulni. Egy izgalmasabb Kubai Salsa soron és egy egyszerűbb Mambo soron keresztül mélyítheted el a tanult technikákat.
Tematika:
1-2. óra: Alap salsa technika és Kubai Salsa koreó elsajátítása, gyakorlása.
3. óra: New York Salsa kóstoló, nyújtás.
//Az első 2 óra 60 perces lesz, 10-10 perces szünetekkel az órák végén. A Mambo kóstoló és a nyújtás 40 percben lesz megtartva//.

If you would like to develop your lady styling in salsa, then I look forward to seeing you at this special Cuban salsa workshop, where you can also taste the world of Mambo/New York Salsa/salsa On2.
The workshop is open level, if you already know the basic steps in any style of salsa, then feel free to apply!
Come and focus only on yourself and salsa in this 3-hour workshop!
I am waiting for you if you would like to develop your skills in the field of
- basic salsa bodywork, connection between body parts, isolation,
- connection with music, musicality,
- salsa styles.
In the last part of the workshop, you can also get acquainted with the world of New York Salsa, also known as Mambo!
During the classes we will learn two lines/choreos. You can deepen the acquired techniques through an exciting Cuban Salsa choreo and an easier mambo choreo.
Agenda:
Class 1-2: Basic salsa technique and Cuban Salsa choreography mastery and practice.
Class 3: New York Salsa tasting, stretching.
